Commissioning trophies

I work closely with clients to provide quality customer service, with many satisfied clients making repeat commissions each year. See client list/testimonials.

Typically the process takes approximately 4 weeks to delivery, however I will endevour to respond to a shorter deadline if required. Due to the bespoke nature of these trophies, it is helpful to allow longer lead time if possible to allow sufficient time for me to source materials - especially if you have a large order or require a specific colour.

Corporate gifts

In addition to trophies, I can also provide a range of corporate gifts. These can be personalised to tie in with your presentation event as runner up and delegate gifts.

Price guide

Trophies are made to order and come in different sizes, colours and shapes to meet your requirements. Prices range between £50 - £250 each + delivery, depending on size, material and quantity needed. Contact me for a free, no-obligation estimate.

Step-by-step guide

Step 1. The brief

Contact me with a brief that includes:

• Your contact details

• Date of event

• Number of trophies required

• Budget

• Brief description of your project/theme - or link to attachment with logos and existing marketing material*

Step 2. The design

I will prepare and email a no-obligation proposal. This will include design and cost options. Ithen fine-tune the design to meet your approval.

Step 3. Approval

You confirm approval and supply a written order confirmation

Step 4. Finalise details

You email logos and details for engraving. ( preferably .eps vector files in single colour for logos)

I will send a final proof for you to approve, this will include detailed layouts for the envraving e.g. company or sponsors logos, winners names and catagory details. Please allow approximately 7-10 working days for engraving.

Step 5. Make trophies

Step 6. Delivery

Trophies are sent to you by special delivery, and the invoice sent via email.

*Design and marketing material

Presentation boxes

Due to the unique design of each commission - the trophes do not come in presentation boxes. However, quality presentation bags are available on request.
